What are the forms of payment you accept?

 We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we do accept PayPal.

After I place my order, when will my order ship?

All orders are hand made and hand poured in small batches to ensure maximum quality. Orders have a 3-5 business day processing time upon receipt. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends.

Do you offer returns or refunds? 

We do not offer returns for opened and used products. However if your package or products are unopened and unused you can ship the package back to us within 15 calendar days of initial purchase. 

Once your package is received, we will process your refund. A $3.00 restocking fee along with the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
